The
Chubb Executive safe was designed for business sites that needed a more secure
safe than the lighter, plate door Office Safe range. The barriers used in the
manufacturing process are designed to protect against attacks with
oxy-acetylene, drills and force. The locking system will frustrate and
explosive attack. The Chubb Executive was manufactured in five sizes and
generally fitted with a 3 wheel combination lock.

Construction:
Door: The door obtains its strength from an enclosed, fully protected
core of Chubb barrier material. This gives the door the capabilities to
protect against oxy-acetylene, drills and force.
Cylindrical sliding bolts extend from the door and engage
into bolt cups formed in the safe body to ensure complete solidarity between
body and door.
Heavy duty boltwork is an important feature in the resisting of an explosives
attack.
Jointless Body: The safe body obtains its strength from a one piece
monolith of Chubb barrier material.
With cohesion achieved between the safe door and body the result is in effect
a jointless cube.
Locking System: The standard locking system for all Executive Safes is
one Keyless Combination Lock. Alternative locking options were available.
Automatic Relocking Devices: Emergency Relocking Devices are an
important component of the locking mechanism. Upon locking the safe these
devices are automatically on guard, providing an additional security feature
against all known forms of attack.
